Most vehicles have only minimal cooling on the front axle and, in most cases, no cooling at all on the rear axle. Porsche, among others, has recognised that brake cooling is essential for the performance, durability and service life of the brakes and their components.

It is not possible to provide a bespoke solution for every vehicle and every axle, so we have developed a universal cooling system and tested it extensively over several months on a wide variety of vehicles.

The geometry of the components is designed to fit most wishbones and can be fitted as a plug-and-play solution using cable ties, without the need for a lifting platform or removing the wheels. On some vehicles, minor adjustments to the cooling ducts may be necessary. The inlets are designed to be flat so that they do not follow the lowest point of the vehicle, but instead redirect the airflow beneath the vehicle and direct it specifically towards the centre of the rotating wheel.

The components are made from PA12 plastic and already feature slots for mounting. The continuous taper between the inlet and the outlet accelerates the airflow whilst maintaining the same volume, resulting in a targeted outflow of air.

These parts have been successfully tested the fit on the following vehicles:
